What is the structure of a job interview?
Job interviews are basically structured like a conversation. They begin with introductions where the interviewer will present themselves, and you will be given time to do the same. Afterwards the interviewer will ask different questions, and you'll have time to answer them. Don't forget to come up with some questions that you can ask your interviewer as well! At the end of a job interview, you simply say your goodbyes.
How should I prepare for a job interview?
A great way to prepare for a job interview is to learn common interview questions and to come up with your own answers to them. Then all you need to do is practice as much as possible. Asking friends or family for help and advice is also a good idea. Don't forget to research the job and company that you are applying to as well. Interviewers often like to see that you've done your homework! So, if you can describe exactly how you are the best person for the job, then you'll probably raise your chances of being hired.
